Japan Makes The Country's Neighbors Angry

BBC Indonesia/AP Japan war veterans held a special ceremony at the Yasukuni Shrine.

Japan's neighboring countries expressed outrage over the two Ministers to the shrine visits controversial Tokyo, Wednesday (15/8/2012) who became a symbol of respect for Japan's army, including war criminals.

China's Foreign Ministry said Japan must respect the feelings of the victims of the aggression of Japan.

South Korea's President, Lee Myung-bak, said opportunities to draw closer ties with Japan nowadays.

President Lee also urged Japan responsible for those women who were forced to become sex slaves Japan during the second world war.

"Japan's actions violated the rights of these women at once universally human rights violations," said Lee Myung-bak, like AFP news agency reported.

On Tuesday the Government in Seoul urged Japan not to officials visiting the Yasukuni Shrine.

Remorse

Jin Matsubara and Yuichiro Hata became first Secretary of the Democratic Party of Japan who visited this Shrine since the ruling three years ago.

These visits were carried out to coincide with the anniversary of the defeat of Japan at 67, the second world war.

In Japan these warnings are marked with a copyright notice, which was attended by 6,000 people including Emperor Akihito and Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda.
