The UN Mission in the Syria End Pemantaunya

The citizens of Syria, according to check their hole, caused by air strikes on Government forces, around the town of Marea 35 kilometers north of Aleppo, Syria, Monday (13/8).

AAZAZ, KOMPAS.com-United Nations (UN), Thursday (16/8/2012), announced the Mission in Syria berakhirinya pemantaunya while human rights activists reported the continued flood of blood in the attack against civilians in Aleppo, the main battleground.

The UN decision was announced as the international community continues to push the regime of President Bashar Al Assad to end 17 months of civil war which is now threatening to widen to Lebanon. "The conditions for forwarding the UNSMIS mission unfulfilled," said French Ambassador to the UN, Gerard Araud, after hearing about the conflict, referring to the Mission's mandate will end on Sunday at midnight.

Big countries still disagree over how to end the brutal battle in Syria and the withdrawal of the observer following the collapse of a peace plan that made the former peace envoy Kofi Annan.

On the battlefield, activists report, Syria's army stormed a group of people waiting in line at the bakery in the District of Qadis Askar, Aleppo, main battle field between Government forces and rebels. One human rights group says Syria, 10 people died in the district and 84 people were killed in violence throughout the country, Thursday.

Wednesday, about 40 people, including women and children were killed in a massive air attack on civilians in rebel strongholds, Aazaz, North of Aleppo, said HUMAN RIGHTS groups and residents.

Human Rights Watch urged the U.n. Security Council to impose arms embargo on Syria after the attack in Aazaz.

Witnessing signs of violence has not ceased, Russia with China has blocked three resolutions of the UNITED NATIONS regarding the crisis, calling on the world's major countries to make a joint appeal to the regime and the rebels to end the fighting. China's Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi also urged Syria Envoy who visited Beijing to implement the cease-fire and accept international mediation.

Thursday, the Islamic Cooperation Organisation (OIC) suspend membership of Syria. OIC Secretary-General Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu said, "the world (muslim) no longer accepts a regime that killing innocent people with planes, tanks and heavy artillery."
